Researchers (Insititutes) willing to use SERS should apply according to the procedure described below.

Proposals for the first half of the fiscal year of 2010 will be accepted in April.

Proposals had been accepted on demand for the second half of the fiscal year of 2009 since the start of the program was delayed, but the schedule is fully booked.
